- FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance) & Beneficial Ownership Declaration
- Identity, Address proof, PAN of all the authorized signatories
- Latest color Photograph of all the authorized signatories
- Identity, Address proof, PAN and photograph of all the Beneficial owners
- One copy of an OVD containing details of identity and address and PAN card issued to the person holding an attorney to transact on its behalf (Authorized person)
